FounderPulse provides an AI-assisted business guidance and planning service. Its purpose is to help founders clarify their project, prioritise their actions and move forward methodically.

The service is reserved for professionals: entrepreneurs, freelancers and companies, including people preparing to start their business. By starting a trial or a subscription, the customer declares they are acting for the purposes of their business and accepts these terms. The customer must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a contract.

Access is offered as a subscription or a trial period, according to the plans published on the site. The subscription takes effect once the order form is confirmed and payment (or confirmation of access) is completed through the selected payment method.

FounderPulse charges no VAT on its own invoices (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code): the customer does not buy directly from FounderPulse but from Link, the reseller described below, which invoices the subscription. Current plans are: Starter (29 per month or 288 per year) and Pro (49 per month or 492 per year). The no-signup trial (one search for first customers from the home page) and the initial diagnosis are free and require no account. A permanent free plan is also offered, with limited usage (daily plan, evening debrief, 3 customer searches a month and a small monthly usage limit).

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the English version and in euros (EUR) on the French version, with the same figure (29 USD or 29 EUR for Starter, 49 USD or 49 EUR for Pro). These prices include any tax due in the customer's country (VAT or equivalent), calculated and remitted by Link, the reseller described below. The checkout page may also offer to pay in the local currency at the exchange rate it displays (conversion fee included). The exact total, in the chosen currency, is shown on the checkout page before confirmation: it is the amount charged.

Payments are collected by Link, a Stripe service, acting as the official reseller ("Sold through Link"): Link charges the subscription and extra usage, issues receipts and invoices, collects and remits any tax due, and handles payment support. At checkout, the customer also accepts Link's terms. The bank statement may show "LINK.COM*". The service itself is provided by FounderPulse under these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at each billing date until cancelled by the user from the "Subscription" area or from their Link account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Any price change is announced before it applies and only takes effect at the next renewal.

Discount codes. A code is entered at checkout; its discount is shown before you confirm. Each month, a monthly code (for example OCTOBER20) gives 20% off the subscription for as long as it stays active, on a first subscription. It is limited to the first 20 customers of the month and expires at the end of the month (Paris time); a discount already obtained is kept. A partner code gives 10% off for the first 2 months. One code per subscription; a discount ended by a cancellation does not resume on a new subscription.

Usage limit and extra usage. Each plan includes a monthly usage limit, used by the AI Co-Founder's answers and missions; the daily plan and evening debrief do not use it. The customer area shows the share used, as a percentage, and the reset date: the 1st of each month (UTC), with no rollover. The Pro plan offers 1.7 times the usage of the Starter plan. Once the limit is reached, the customer waits for the reset or, if they turned it on, uses their extra usage balance. Outside a trial, this balance is added from the "Subscription" area, for an amount chosen by the customer between $5.00 and $500.00 per addition, as a one-time payment: nothing is ever charged automatically. The customer can also set a monthly spend cap: once it is reached, they wait for the reset. Each action uses an amount shown in that area (for example $1.20 for a detailed answer). The balance remains valid for 365 days from purchase.

Creating an account and running the diagnostic require no payment card. When the account is created, a 7-day Pro trial opens automatically, unless the customer chose Starter: 7 days on Starter. One trial per account. A trial opened before October 12, 2026 keeps the length announced when it opened. No payment card is required to activate a trial. During the trial, the plan's full monthly usage limit is available. The chosen plan's features are available during the trial, with usage caps specific to the trial. After the trial, no charge is taken: the account moves to the free plan until the customer chooses a paid plan. Any subscription taken can then be cancelled in one click from the customer area.

As the service is reserved for professionals, the right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code does not apply. To judge the service before paying, customers have the no-signup trial, the free diagnostic, a trial with no card required (Starter and Pro) and one-click cancellation at any time.

If the customer does their part and nobody replies, FounderPulse refunds their first payment. This commercial guarantee is in addition to the customer's legal rights.

• Scope: the first monthly payment of the customer's first Starter or Pro subscription. Once per person and per company. Yearly subscriptions and extra usage are not covered.
• Conditions, all checked from the account data: within 30 days of that payment, the customer marked at least 20 people as "Contacted" in Prospects, on at least 10 different days, with messages they sent themselves to real people; they filled in the evening debrief on each of those days; none of those people moved to "Replied", "Call" or "Customer", and the debriefs show 0 replies.
• Request: by email to support@founder-pulse.com, no later than 7 days after the end of that 30-day period.
• Refund: the amount of that first payment, within 5 business days after the check, to the payment method used. The subscription is cancelled when the refund is made.
• Exclusions: accounts suspended for breaching these terms, including automated sending or spam.

The Scale plan is no longer offered since 6 October 2026: its features are included in the Pro plan. A Scale subscription taken out before that date keeps the terms in force when it was taken out, commercial guarantee included, until it is cancelled.

The service includes access to the features, recommendations and guidance published for the relevant plan. FounderPulse may modify, improve or suspend certain features as required by the service, subject to giving users reasonable notice. Fair-use limits (requests per hour) protect the service against automated or shared use. The AI Co-Founder's answers are generated by artificial intelligence: they may contain errors, and users check important information before relying on it.

Sales connections. Users who connect a sales source (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy) provide the access themselves, preferably a read-only key. FounderPulse only performs reads; the key is encrypted and can be removed at any time. The figures shown depend on the source's data and may differ from the user's accounting.

Outreach. Prospects found by the AI come from public information online, whose accuracy is not guaranteed. Users send their messages themselves and remain solely responsible for their outreach: who they contact, informing those people, honouring their right to object, the GDPR and the rules that apply to electronic marketing. FounderPulse never sends messages to their prospects on their behalf. A search may return nobody when no solid enough profile is found: it is not counted in that case.

FounderPulse may suspend or close a user's access in the event of breach of these terms, fraud, abusive behaviour or use of the service contrary to its purpose. An account without an active plan (no subscription, trial or granted access) is deleted 6 months after its last activity, after two email warnings, 30 days and then 7 days before. Users can also delete their account at any time from their settings. Should FounderPulse discontinue the service, every subscriber would be told by email at least 60 days in advance, with a full export of their data, and the unused part of a yearly subscription would be refunded.

FounderPulse strives to provide a useful, reliable and consistent service. However, the service does not guarantee any specific economic, commercial or financial outcome. The user remains responsible for their own decisions, actions and results. To the extent permitted by law, FounderPulse's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it.

Collected data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the site. Third-party payment and data processing services must also comply with applicable regulations.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable settlement by writing to support@founder-pulse.com. Failing agreement within 30 days, the dispute is brought before the competent courts under ordinary rules. This choice does not deprive the customer of any mandatory rules of their country of residence that would apply to them. These terms exist in French and English; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

• Version 2.7 (2026-10-20): Seller identity: the full address is in the legal notice; the terms of sale state France. No other change.
• Version 2.6 (2026-10-20): Pricing and payment: clarification with no price change. FounderPulse charges no VAT on its own invoices (article 293 B of the French Tax Code); the customer buys from Link, which invoices the subscription, including any tax due.
• Version 2.5 (2026-10-18): Payment: payments are collected by Link (Stripe), the official reseller ("Sold through Link"), which issues receipts and invoices; displayed prices include any tax due in the customer's country, remitted by Link. The checkout page may offer the local currency; the exact total is always shown before confirmation. The subscription can also be cancelled from the Link account.
• Version 2.4 (2026-10-18): Extra usage: the customer chooses the amount of each addition, from $5 to $500, and can set a monthly spend cap; once it is reached, they wait for the reset on the 1st.
• Version 2.3 (2026-10-18): AI credits are replaced by a monthly usage limit, shown as a percentage and reset on the 1st of each month, with no rollover. Credit top-ups are replaced by extra usage: a prepaid balance added in steps of $5, used only if the customer turns it on once their limit is reached, with no automatic charge.
• Version 2.2 (2026-10-12): Same trial length for Starter and Pro: 7 days with no payment card, for trials opened from October 12, 2026. A trial already running keeps its end date.
• Version 2.1 (2026-10-12): New "First reply guarantee" article: the first monthly Starter or Pro payment is refunded if, within the following 30 days, the customer contacted at least 20 people on 10 different days, filled in the evening debrief on those days and got no reply.
• Version 2.0 (2026-10-07): Permanent free plan: daily plan, evening debrief, 3 customer searches a month and a small allowance of AI credits. When a trial ends without a subscription, the account moves to this plan instead of being closed.
• Version 1.9 (2026-10-06): Two plans only: Starter and Pro. The Scale plan is no longer offered; its features (several connected assistants, unlimited goals, 90-day history) are included in Pro, with no price change.
• Version 1.8 (2026-10-06): Scale moves to €89 a month or €888 a year, with 680 credits a month; the daily plan and evening debrief no longer use credits; Starter moves to 10 customer searches a month; public opt-out page for people found by the search; terms available in French and English, the French version prevailing; at least 60 days' notice, full data export and prorated refund of yearly plans if the service is discontinued.
• Version 1.7 (2026-10-06): The FOUNDER code is replaced by a monthly code (for example OCTOBER20): 20% off while the subscription stays active, on a first subscription, for the first 20 customers of the month and valid until the end of the month.
• Version 1.6 (2026-10-03): Discount codes (FOUNDER: 30% off while the subscription stays active, first 20 customers; partner codes: 10% off for 2 months); no-signup trial from the home page; a prospect search with no solid result is not charged.
• Version 1.5 (2026-09-28): Billing currency follows the site language: US dollars on the English version, euros on the French version.
• Version 1.4 (2026-09-26): Customer of legal age with capacity to contract; read-only sales connections (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy); outreach: prospects from public information, messages sent by the user under their sole responsibility.
• Version 1.3 (2026-09-24): New credit scale based on the real cost of AI: Starter 220, Pro 370, Scale 900 credits a month; short exchange 2 credits, detailed answer 6, deep thinking 4 more, attached file 1 more. The Scale guarantee threshold moves to 300 credits to stay equivalent to the usage it covered.
