The FounderPulse loop

Where to find your first 10 customers when nobody knows you

No audience, no ad budget, no referrals. That's the normal starting point, and it's solved by one channel held for fourteen days: not five channels tried once.

What is actually blocking you

  • You look for a scalable channel before having had ten manual conversations.
  • You don't know where your customers talk to each other, so you post into the void.
  • You wait to be ready: finished site, perfect offer, settled price.

Today's plan

  1. Prepare

Pick one place where they already are (15 min)

A group, a forum, a hashtag, a list of local businesses, an industry directory. Write its name at the top of a page: that's your single ground for the next fourteen days.

  2. Execute

Help 5 people publicly (40 min)

Answer five specific questions with advice they can use today, with no link to your offer. Then message privately the two people who reacted.

  3. Measure

    Count opened conversations (2 min)

Target: 2 conversations a day. After fourteen days under one a day, the ground is wrong: change the ground, not the method.

The number to track

Conversations opened per day with someone who has the problem. Summed over two weeks, they tell you whether the channel deserves your time.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Running ads before knowing which sentence triggers a reply.
  • Testing four channels in one week: no result is readable.
  • Selling in your first community message: you get removed.

Frequent questions

How many channels at the start?
One, held for fourteen days. Two badly held channels produce less than one boring but consistent channel.
What if my customers aren't online?
The ground becomes physical: a list of twenty nearby shops or practices, and the same daily conversation rhythm.
