The FounderPulse loop

Not enough leads: what to do today

Nobody reaches your offer and you don't know where to start. The problem is almost never your product: it's the number of conversations you start each day. Here is the loop we run.

What is actually blocking you

  • You wait for leads instead of picking them one by one.
  • Your messages talk about your product, not about the person's problem.
  • You switch channel every week, so no channel gets the time to produce a result.

Today's plan

  1. Prepare

List 8 specific people (15 min)

One segment, one channel. Name, company, and the sentence proving you understand their situation. Not a list of 200 contacts: 8 people you can genuinely reach today.

  2. Execute

Send 8 personal messages (30 min)

Three lines max: the problem you observed, one open question, no attachment and no sales link. The goal of the message is a reply, not a signature.

  3. Measure

Log the number of replies (2 min)

Target: 3 replies. Below that, we change the message tomorrow. Above it, we increase volume on the same channel.

The number to track

Replies per day. While it stays under 3, we don't touch pricing, the website, or the product.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Rebuilding the website before having had 10 conversations.
  • Posting "just in case" instead of writing to a specific person.
  • Sending 100 identical messages: reply rate collapses and the channel burns out.

Frequent questions

How long before the first results?
With 8 targeted messages a day, first replies usually land within 48 hours. The first customer depends on your sales cycle, but replies stay the number to watch.
What if I only have 30 minutes a day?
The plan shrinks automatically: 4 people prepared and contacted. Consistency beats volume.
